Brian Haynes and Yonas Marcos Join National ATM Council Board of Directors

Jacksonville, FL; February 9, 2022 – The National ATM Council, Inc. is honored to announce the appointments of Brian Haynes, Senior Vice President of PAI, and Yonas Marcos, CEO & President of Star Financial Services, Inc., to serve on the NAC Board of Directors.

“Brian and Yonas are two of today’s most admired and dynamic US Independent ATM industry leaders, and it is with considerable pride and satisfaction that we welcome these two top tier ATM professionals to the NAC Board,” said NAC Board Chair George Sarantopoulos, CEO of Brooklyn, NY based Access One. “Their knowledge gained over years of very successful experience in the retail ATM and Payments sectors will be invaluable as NAC continues tackling the vital challenges and opportunities now impacting America’s ATM entrepreneurs.”

Haynes and Marcos’ appointments fill the remaining unexpired Board terms of former NAC Directors, Tim Baxter and Jim Everton.

Brian currently serves as the Senior Vice President for PAI, one of America’s largest ATM ISOs and a division of Brink’s, Inc. Brian’s skills and direct contributions have helped PAI grow from a start up to becoming the second largest ATM Operator in the United States. Brian has twenty years of experience in the ATM business, taking on many distinct roles during his retail ATM career, from IAD and cash loader to his current position as a senior executive on the PAI management team. In his current role, Brian works with thousands of ATM Operators from around the country, helping them optimize their businesses and achieve desired growth and revenue targets.


Yonas has followed in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps, beginning back in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where Yonas saw his father build a large and successful conglomerate business from the ground up. While earning his degree in Political Science/Foreign Affairs/Business Administration at Towson University, Yonas founded Star Financial, his passion and career focus ever since. Through hard work and a strong commitment to high integrity and quality customer service, Yonas has grown Star Financial into one of the largest ATM Operators/Distributors in the DC/Baltimore region. The company now also offers financial payment processing services to financial institutions and businesses across the US and is proud to be operating/managing a significant fleet of ATMs and POS programs at merchant locations across forty states.
