  • Instrumental in passage of federal legislation eliminating outdated and unnecessary ATM fee sticker laws & halting pervasive, costly and meritless litigation against U.S. ATM providers
  • Worked with MasterCard to ensure blocking of international Maestro transactions at "low volume" ATMs in the U.S. - shielding 8 out of 10 U.S. ATMs from exposure to MasterCard EMV liability for cross border Maestro transactions, in effect since April 2013.
  • Founding Member of the EMV Forum ATM Working Committee.
  • Meeting with governmental officials and regulators under the guidance of prominent NAC Washington, DC counsel Jones Walker to solve the problem pervasive nationwide of ATM account closures.
